Muster up the Courage

Most often, nothing changes until someone takes responsibility for what they did wrong.   If you are the primary offender, go first and take responsibility.   If you are the one offended, perhaps you are 99% in the right.  Take 100% of responsibility for your 1%.  And, do it first.
